This approach has resulted in building owners requiring minimal emergency services during peak heating and cooling loads of winter and summer. PHILCO HEATING provides 24-hour service, 365 day a year. Philco believes that the key to a well functioning heating, cooling and ventilation system is preventative maintenance. Much of the routine service work is completed in the spring and fall. |

Philco's staff are often requested to analyze existing building heating, cooling and ventilating systems for deficiencies. Philco takes a "hands on" approach to these projects and provides short, concise reports, analyzing the problems and providing recommendations. |

Philco contracts directly with property managers / building owners to carry out system servicing. Services can be provided either on a contract fee basis or on an hourly basis for services rendered. Philco is flexible and is able to accommodate requirements of most property managers / owners. |
